Learn easy to implement anytime, anywhere meditation and mindful living practices. July 2006 was a major turning point in Tracy’s life. The accumulation of everyday stress, which had been building for years, was approaching a breaking point and something had to be done. Although she consistently exercised, enjoyed a healthy diet and surrounded herself with wonderful people, her stress was causing immense anxiety and was negatively affecting her sleep, focus, productivity and worse of all, enjoyment of life. Although she was not aware at the time, that July she made one of the most important decisions of her life when she attended the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California, for a week-long Mind, Body, Spirit Rejuvenation Program where she learned how to meditate. During that week, for the first time in her life, meditation allowed her to connect to the silence and stillness that had always resided beneath her life’s experiences, but she had not previously been able to access. That sense of peace was life changing. 

After relocating from Arizona to Florida in May 2017, Tracy founded Winter Park Meditation & Mindfulness in an effort to share the empowering art and science of meditation and mindfulness with anyone who is dedicated to reducing stress and living a happier, healthier, more focused and balanced life. As a McLean Meditation Institute Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), with over 20 years of combined Corporate Sales, Service and Wellness industry management experience, Tracy integrated her passions of overall wellness, making a difference, and aging gracefully in her creation. Tracy is also a Florida Licensed Aesthetician, and holds certifications in Animal Assisted Therapy and Reiki.
